The clarity to know your next move, the tools to make it, and the support to keep going — everything you need to build, grow and succeed in the business you actually want.
I started out as a corporate lawyer. At some point I knew, without much doubt, that I didn't want to be one anymore — I was pulled toward something more creative, and I began exploring the world of marketing.
So I built my own marketing agency from scratch, with no previous agency experience. It was an incredibly humbling thing to do — and it brought a lot of my own limiting beliefs straight to the surface.
The hard part was the discernment: knowing what was actually right for me. Trusting my own abilities. Believing I had what it took — and that people would pay me for my work. And, perhaps most of all, learning how to stay in motion.
Entrepreneurship was also surprisingly lonely. There was no clear path to follow, no one telling me what to do next, and no shortage of moments where I questioned whether I was making the right decisions.
There were plenty of starts and stops. The ADHD hurdles I thought I'd left at the door of my corporate career came straight back. There were moments of doubt, an empty bank account, and plenty of times I fell off the wagon and had to find my way back on. Like so many founders, it was easy to read getting stuck as proof that maybe I just wasn't cut out for it.
I was cut out for it. Getting stuck was never proof of anything — and Forget the Office is the support I wish I'd had back then: strategy, identity work and community in one place, so you can keep your business moving forward without doing it alone.
Forget the Office is built on research, state-of-the-art marketing, somatic techniques for working with your beliefs from the inside out, and coaching and applied psychology — all developed and delivered by Merce, with a very personal touch.
Credentials
A brilliant strategy means very little if you're constantly second-guessing yourself, changing direction, avoiding the uncomfortable bits or struggling to follow through.
What you build is shaped by your identity, beliefs, decisions, values and relationship with yourself. You can't separate the strategy from the person implementing it.
Building a business isn't a straight line. Losing momentum, changing direction or needing to pause doesn't mean you're not cut out for it. The skill is learning how to get back into motion.
The goal isn't to force yourself into someone else's version of entrepreneurship. It's to build a way of working that actually works for you.
You can be deeply ambitious and still refuse the grind. Forget the Office is for the founder who wants a real business and a real life — built at the pace of a Mediterranean morning, not a hustle feed.
Founders who came in stuck, second-guessing or starting over — and what changed once the strategy and the inner work moved together.

She guided me in making important decisions about how I wanted to communicate, how to highlight my brand, and how to follow a clear line that allowed me to define myself in an organized way. That session gave me clarity and confidence to take the next steps, and I'm really grateful for her support."

The best growth I've ever seen happens in partnership — whether that's a room full of people, or being witnessed by someone who holds you accountable and sees your vision.
