Looking for ongoing support to stay in motion between builds? That's The Motion Room.
Each Cycle has its own live call — three times a month, at the same time — so you always know when to show up. Everything's recorded if you can't make it live.
All live calls run in CET (Central European Time) and are recorded, so you can catch up any time. Same time every session — easy to build into your week.
Even though the schedules are compatible, we generally don't recommend taking all the Cycles at the same time. They follow a logical order, from Foundations to Traction, in line with the stages of a growing business — but if you've already been through a Foundations or Visibility stage, you can jump straight into Signature or Ecosystem, for example.
I started out as a corporate lawyer, then built my own marketing agency from scratch — with no agency experience, and a lot of limiting beliefs coming straight to the surface.

Each Cycle runs for four months, with three live 90-minute group calls a month plus one week for implementation, always at the same time: Foundations on Mondays, Visibility on Tuesdays and Signature on Wednesdays, 4pm–5:30pm CET; Ecosystem on Thursdays and Traction on Fridays, 10am–11:30am CET.
Every session is recorded, so you can catch up whenever suits you.
No. They follow a natural order, from Foundations to Traction, in line with the stages of a growing business — but you start wherever your business is right now. If you've already been through a Foundations or Visibility stage, you can go straight into Signature or Ecosystem. The one thing to know: the Traction Cycle works on a funnel you already have.
The schedules are compatible, so you can — but we generally don't recommend it. Most people get much more from focusing on one Cycle at a time.
Each Cycle is priced on its own, and you can pay in full or in 4 monthly payments. You'll find the full details at the end of each Cycle above.

None at all. You don't need experience or any particular belief about it — just a willingness to notice what's happening in your body. Merce guides every part of it.
Building Cycles is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-oriented — built by an ADHD founder, for brains that don't run in straight lines. That said, coaching isn't therapy: if you're going through a mental-health crisis right now, please get support from a mental-health professional first.
Building Cycles is focused group coaching to build one specific part of your business over four months. The Motion Room is ongoing support to keep you moving between builds, and Alongside is fully personalised 1:1 coaching with Merce. And The Lobby is a self-paced overview of the foundations, if you'd rather start on your own before choosing a Cycle.
