When are the Group Coaching Sessions?
Group coaching sessions are conducted live and are recorded for later access, and they will take place on Tuesday at 10am CET / 6pm AEST. The sessions are usually 1h30min long to 2h.
Attending live allows you to ask questions in real time, but if you're unable to join, you can always follow up by email with us or via the group chat with everyone. It’s important to set aside time each week to watch the recording and complete the associated work.
Is this a live or pre-recorded program?
This program is a live container built with you and for you.

What if I feel like I don’t have time or I’m already overwhelmed in this season of life?
We can always use the excuse I don’t have time, but the reality is that it’s almost never a good time to do something beyond your comfort zone.
If you want this, we can make this work - we're going to do the maximum we can with the time you have.
Can I enroll if I am working on healing my trauma or doing therapy?
Absolutely! You can enroll in Embodied Business Alchemy even if you're in the midst of a challenging healing journey. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it occurs through taking action and confronting your triggers. Plus, your access to the program doesn't expire, so as you continue to heal, you can delve deeper into the teachings.
Feel free to continue with any healing modalities or therapies you're using. In fact, these can complement the program beautifully and enhance your results, as your personal growth will make you more authentically you. This authenticity is crucial for succeeding in business and applying the strategic and aligned actions needed.
When will you run this program again?

That’s why you'll have tech and automation support through the 1:1 sessions included inside EBA to guide you through the process. You won’t have to watch endless YouTube tutorials; instead, you'll have clear, focused assistance to help you navigate and implement these tools effectively.
What if I have been procrastinating and I’m scared I’ll procastinate again during the program?
All behaviour has a reason. Often, when our clients label themselves as ‘lazy,’ what’s really happening is a lack of clarity about the next step or feeling unsafe to act. Instead of blaming ‘laziness’ or time constraints, we strongly advocate for recognising that every behaviour has a deeper cause.
During the program, we give you the tools to help you identify limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns and provide tools to return to regulation and manage to take action despite your fear or discomfort. Through group and individual sessions, we address common blocks, helping you rebuild trust in yourself and move forward.
Am I too old or too young to join?
Our clients go from 18 until 65+. It’s never too late or too early to live in alignment, don’t let society fool you.
I’m a creative person, will adding a strategy and structuring my business hinder my creativity?
If you're worried that strategy might kill your creativity, remember that the more aligned and safe your body feels, the easier it will be to implement strategy. Structure and strategy are a tool to support your creativity, your feminine, and your flow.
What if I have already done healing work like inner child, shadow work, or what if I already have a strategic foundation for my business?
Honestly, despite being experts at those things we’re still doing inner child work, shadow work, and refining our strategies, as it’s a continuous evolution. Just because you’ve tackled these areas before doesn’t mean you’re fully embodied in them or you have nothing else to learn. Every session inside the program, whether you attend live or watch the recordings, will offer new insights, teachings, or shifts in your body.
