Customer understands their purchase of Product will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
Customer understands that Consultant has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not;
(1) Procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Customer;
(2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto;
(3) Act as a therapist or provide psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy;
(4) Act as a public relations manager;
(5) Act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television and print or digital media exposure for Customer;
(6) Introduce Customer to FORGET THE OFFICE’s full network of contacts, media partners or business partners.
You understand that a relationship does not persist between the parties after the conclusion of the agreed sessions.
If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Product. Mercè Maresma and his employees will do THEIR BEST to ensure results in their professional diligence but they depend on your personal work.
You acknowledge that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will reach their goals as a result of purchase of one of FORGET THE OFFICE’s products.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
If you elect to pay by monthly installments, you authorize the FORGET THE OFFICE to charge your credit card or debit card. If you elect to pay in full upon registration, you may pay by credit card or debit card.
You are responsible to ensure that the payments are made on time.
Refund Policy
The refund policy of our services & programs is included in every contract that you sign for signing up for each program and respects all applicable laws.
Confidentiality Agreement
Our relationship as Coach and Client / Coachee is based on respect and confidentiality. Therefore, as a Coach, I agree not to use or reveal at any time, totally or partially, to third parties any confidential information shared in the sessions, unless there is:
a) Express consent of the parties.
b) Judicial or police obligation to disclose information.
All information shared in our sessions and in the course of the service will be strictly confidential. Given that sometimes in a coaching process as a Coach I can share my own and other's experiences in order to illustrate examples, this Confidentiality Agreement is extended to the Client / Coachee. On the occasions in which third-party experiences are shared, in no case will the identity (or any data that could facilitate the deduction of it) be revealed of the person whose experience is being taken as an example.
The entry into force of this Confidentiality Agreement will be the same as the beginning of the relationship between you (Client / Coachee) and me (Coach). If there is no mutual agreement on the termination date of this Confidentiality Agreement, it will be maintained permanently.
