"I’ve always said we are both a school and a community. That’s why, through Anicca Academy Online®, I wanted my students to be able to practise with me anytime, learn through new courses, and stay connected with each other - deepening their sense of belonging to the community.

Here’s the truth: in 2024, I recorded the videos… but I just couldn’t find the time to shape and structure all the material! So, even though I already knew them, I reached out to Forget the Office, who finally helped me ground the project with a solid, coherent plan.

Together, we defined the different ways to join the school, chose the platform, assessed costs, created a clear guiding narrative, and brought meaning to the content - always aligned with the school’s deeper essence.

Honestly, it was such a relief to work with them.

Thanks to Laura, this expression has become something I understand how to apply.  

The complexity of the world of thoughts and feelings is something I was already aware of before starting my work with Laura, and I would be a fraud if I didn't admit that I had tried to better organize this complexity in many different ways. 

However, what she made possible for me is to trust myself - to trust in my ability to keep working on improving without needing to see results in every exercise, every piece of advice, or every conversation.  

I tend to doubt that anyone can understand my head, but Laura has managed to prevent this from being necessary. 

Every session with her, I took something home. Sometimes a new routine, sometimes a memorable phrase or a small change in my daily behaviour. But it's the sum of these small gifts that makes me smile in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

Today's workshop was really, really, really epic.

We got given a workbook, which guides your thinking right from working out your values, your mission, and your vision for either yourself personally, and also your business and your company. 

And then it takes you from there all the way through to working out content, all within a day. 

Because if you don't get that basics right and you don't understand the pains of who your target audiences are, don't really get into their head, understand what does a win look like for them, and don't understand what their objections could potentially be, you're just literally swinging back blindly. So yeah, the workshop was really, really, really good.
